OUR HISTORY
Our story began in 1963 when Tsuneo Miyata developed a plastic valve for aerosol spray canisters in Otsu City, Shiga, Japan. Mr. Miyata went on to found Shinsei Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd., which is the parent company of Shinsei Corporation. Since the company's inception in 1963, Shinsei Kagaku has developed one invention after another, always staying close to the core business of plastic injection molding. The company makes a wide range of parts, including components for the battery, electonics, automotive, gas, and medical instruments industries. The company also holds many patents not only for products but also for the machines, robots, molds, and parts that help to produce the products, and Shinsei is also an innovator in testing equipment to ensure product quality. In the 1990's Shinsei's strong position supplying plastic parts for the battery market caused the need for an international presence. As a result, Yoichi Miyata, the son of the founder, came to the USA to form the Shinsei Corporation in Peachtree City, Georgia, in 1997. Since its founding, the company has relied on a committment to excellence and quality in both its product and team members to grow and succeed. Currently, the Shinsei Corporation makes a variety of precision plastic molded parts for the battery, electronics, and automotive industries.
